Terms & Conditions

Krystle Media Works provides professional WordPress website design and development services, along with related services including domain and hosting management, SEO setup, logo design, and website maintenance.

The specific scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project will be confirmed in writing via WhatsApp or email prior to commencement of any work. Work begins only after written confirmation and receipt of the advance payment.

• 50% advance payment is required before any work commences. This payment is non-refundable once work has begun.
• 50% balance payment is due before the website is made live. The client reviews and approves the finished website prior to this payment.
• Payments are accepted via UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS), or cheque — all payable to Richard Ukkan.
• Annual hosting and domain renewal charges (where applicable) are due on the anniversary of the website going live.
• Add-on services are billed separately and must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Delayed payment beyond 7 days of the agreed due date may result in suspension of services or project delay.

To ensure timely delivery, the client agrees to:

• Provide all required content — including text, photos, logo, and contact details — within 5 working days of project confirmation
• Review the website preview and provide feedback or approval within 5 working days of it being shared
• Ensure all content provided is owned by or legally licensed to the client, and does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights
• Communicate all changes and requirements clearly and in writing via WhatsApp or email
• Make payments as per the agreed schedule

Delays caused by the client in providing content or approval will extend the project timeline accordingly. Krystle Media Works is not responsible for delays arising from client-side inaction.

Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds as stated in the package description. A revision round constitutes a consolidated set of changes communicated in a single message.

• Starter: 1 revision round
• Business: 2 revision rounds
• Premium: 3 revision rounds

Additional revisions beyond the included rounds will be charged at Rs. 1,000–2,500 per round depending on the scope of changes. Requests for significant structural changes to the website after the revision rounds are exhausted will be treated as a new project or billed accordingly.

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of the completed website, including all files, design assets, and code.

• The client retains ownership of all content they provide — photos, text, logos, and brand materials
• Krystle Media Works retains the right to display the completed website in its portfolio as sample work, unless the client requests otherwise in writing
• Third-party software, plugins, themes, and platforms used in the build are subject to their respective licenses and terms
• Krystle Media Works does not claim ownership over any client-provided content

Clients have two options for hosting and domain management:

• We manage hosting: Krystle Media Works purchases and manages the domain and hosting on the client’s behalf. An annual renewal of Rs. 5,000/year applies from the 2nd year onwards. Non-renewal may result in the website going offline.
• Self-managed hosting: The client purchases and manages their own hosting and domain independently. Krystle Media Works has no responsibility for hosting uptime, renewals, or technical issues in this case.

Krystle Media Works is not responsible for website downtime, data loss, or other issues arising from third-party hosting providers, regardless of which option is chosen.

• The 50% advance payment is non-refundable once work has commenced, as it compensates for time and resources already invested
• If the client cancels the project before work begins, a full refund of the advance will be issued
• If Krystle Media Works is unable to complete the project due to circumstances on our part, a full refund of all payments received will be issued
• No refunds are issued after the website has been delivered and approved by the client
• Annual hosting and domain renewal payments are non-refundable once paid

Krystle Media Works shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, data, or profits.

Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the total amount paid by that client for the specific project in question.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as Google search rankings, website traffic levels, or business leads from the websites we build. SEO and online visibility depend on many factors outside our control.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

We encourage any disputes to first be resolved amicably through direct communication before any formal legal proceedings.

Krystle Media Works reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
